Duties and Responsibilities
• Processing and facilitating travel arrangements, claims and expenses
• Booking of meeting, conference, workshop and training venues
• Facilitating conference calls, couriers, flights, booking hotels
• Office paper filing where necessary, printing, photocopying, binding, scanning documents
• Maintain a petty cash ledger
• Keep the Office clean
• Look after office assets
• Plan stationery, stock take and manage a web based/spread sheet or electronic filing system
• Undertake general administrative functions
• Manage and maintain the organization’s car
