Sustainable Agriculture Community Development Programme (SACDEP – Kenya) is a Development Organisation, working in 12 Counties.

With its head office based in Thika town, the organization works in the area of Sustainable Agriculture in Coast, Eastern, Central and Rift Valley Regions in Kenya.

Applications are invited to fill in the following positions.

Main Task: To establish Ecologically sound gardens and medium scale farms for the purpose of demonstrating Sustainable training and income generation initiatives.

Qualifications Required
Knowledge in agricultural ecology that links up enterprise, interdependence between crops, animals, trees, water, fish and ornamentals.
Proven ability in designing and mobilizing financial resources to implement such projects.
Ten (10) years and above experience in organizing, implementing and evaluating group short courses using demonstration plots and farms.
Excellent skills and ability to run training initiatives able to sustain themselves while creating surpluses for continued expansion.
Excellent writing skills in reports, publicity and training materials.
Proven skills in combining agribusinesses with renewable energy as a low-cost production tool.
