Habitat Housing Cooperative Society Limited is a registered co-operative society under the co-operative society Act CAP 490.

Habitat Housing Cooperative Society Limited intends to develop mixed typologies on 104 Acres of prime land in Mavoko, Machakos County.

This is next to the Daystar University, Athi River Campus and touching Mombasa rd. The land has been sub-divided into 1⁄4 acre plots.

We intend to develop four (4) building typologies ranging from 2 bedroom bungalows to 4 bedroom maisonettes, infrastructure development of the whole scheme including, but not limited to power, water, sewage, access, green spaces as well as public utilities such as schools, churches, playgrounds and a commercial center.

Upon completion, the scheme will be a controlled sustainable development with high standards of construction and quality finishes.

We now invite Expressions of Interests (EOIs) from CONSORTIUMS for the following services:
Architectural
Quantity Surveying
Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
Civil/Structural Engineering
Environmental Impact Assessment
Managing and disposal of the units as per HHCS guidelines
Financing proposals for the overall development

The Consortiums must attach the following documents:
A capability statement
Consortium agreement, endorsed by a Commissioner of Oaths
Professional registration documents of the respective members of the consortium
Company profiles of the consortium members, including areas of capability, brief profile of key personnel, company directors as well as a summary of previous relevant experience
• Any other information deemed useful towards the fulfilment of the EOI
