Selected candidate must be able to:
Primary function is to undertake concept and detailed Civil engineering design for project and estimating for bid.
Developing concept designs produced by the bid team into detailed engineering designs and drawings suitable for construction, with all supporting engineering calculation.
Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work.
Assist project management and contracting personnel with bid analysis and contract negotiations.
Revise and conclude incoming Requests for Proposals (RFP’s).
