Work Description
Produces and maintains essential sales documents and reports
Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares analysis for Sales Department as needed
Collects and compiles monthly mileage reports from Sales and Service personnel
Directs external and internal calls to appropriate parties
Plans and coordinates special projects and Company events
Books travel, makes appointments, and schedules meetings for Sales and Executive staff
Performs customer service tasks such as generating quotes, entering orders, and

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in administrative support role
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associates Degree or higher preferred
Intermediate computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
Effective event planning and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Highly professional demeanor and communication skills
Ability and willingness to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements and ethical standards
