Job Summary: The farm Managers will work in a mixed farming large scale farm.

They are responsible for managing staff, planning production targets, and marketing and selling produce.

Duties
Planning how the farm will run for years
Setting budget and production targets
Buying and selling produce
Keeping financial records and records of produce
Advising and implementing the best farming methods, seeds and chemicals to use
Recruiting, training and supervising staff
Working with Agricultural Institutions
Working with officials on areas like habitat conservation

Key Requirements
College Education in Agriculture or farm business management or crop and livestock production or any related field
At least five years of success in farm management
Good knowledge of crop and livestock production
Business Management Skills
Ability to find and develop new activities to keep the farm profitable
Budgeting skills
Leadership and supervisory skills
