Key Responsibilities
Timely and quality extension services to the contracted growers. Spearheading recruitment and training of growers including; championing expansion of the company.
Pre-planning of production in respective area of production.
Coordinating the plantings as per planting budget and schedule.
Ensuring good quality production through enhanced crop management at growers’ level.
Groups management trainings to the growers to ensure functional producer groups. Coordinating and monitoring company projects and programs in operational areas.
Enhancing and ensuring GAP adherence.
Coordinating Aggregation f produce from smallholder farmers.
Timely documentation to facilitate payments to the farmers.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience required for this role

A Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture and floriculture fields.
Diploma in Agronomy, Horticulture and Floriculture with a minimum 1 years’ experience.
Work experience of not less than 1 year in smallholder farmers management schemes.
Competencies required for this role
High performing, proactive and self –driven excellent interpersonal organizational, communication and leadership skills Able to work with minimum supervision.
Others.
Must be a resident in the above Counties
Fluent in English, Swahili and Local language.
