The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is the world’s largest non-governmental organization working in the field of sexual and reproductive health information and services. It has 6 Regional Offices, (Western Hemisphere based New York, East and South East Asia and Oceania Region in Malaysia, Arab World Region in Tunis, South Asia Region in India, European Network in Brussels and the Africa Region in Nairobi, Kenya). The international secretariat is in London, UK.
The Funding Impact Adviser will develop an Impact Assessment Framework to regularly gather and build knowledge on the impact of the Global Gag Rule, New Funding Policies and Mechanisms on IPPF Member Associations in alignment with IPPF Strategic Framework.
In addition, he/she will develop a methodology to collect data on the impact of the Global Gag Rule, New Funding Policies and Mechanisms on Member Associations as well as gather, build, centralize and share across the IPPF Secretariat and with external stakeholders, the quantitative and qualitative information, and knowledge on the impact of the rules, policies and mechanism to support the IPPF strategy.
