Main Purpose
Reporting to the HRCO the incumbent will be responsible for implementing general administrative procedures in order to ensure documentary traceability as well as compliance with local labour and fiscal regulations.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the implementation of the internal regulations
• In liaisons with HRCo ensure compliance to Kenya labor laws
• Responsible for executing recruitment activities ensuring transparency and equity and issuing job offers conveniently in order to meet HR needs.
• Ensuring orientation and induction to new staff.
• Ensuring proper employee documentation
• Ensuring administration support towards regional training in liaison with L&D department
• Responsible for documentation of disciplinary processes
• Responsible for ensuring timely submission of monthly reports
• Act as the first focal person in dealing with staff grievances.
Requirements
Education and Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or its equivalent
Higher diploma in Human Resources Management
Experience:
Essential, working experience of at least two years in similar capacity.
Desirable experience with an International NGO
Languages:
Mission and local language essential
Knowledge:
Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet, Homère)
Knowledge of MSF procedures and policies
Competencies:

Professional requirement:
Must be registered with IHRM
