HR Manager – Trianum Hospitality Limited

The holder of this position will report to the Director and will be solely responsible for the management of the human resource function in the company as well as its properties under management.

The company and its managed properties have a total work force of 150 people spread over different locations.

To be successful in this position, you have over 5 years experience in managing the human resource function.

We would prefer a candidate with hospitality experience but experience in a service organisation will be considered.

You will have demonstrable experience in the following areas: recruiting, organisational development, training, performance management, remuneration and benefits management and employee relations.

To be successful in this position, you have a professional qualification in human resource management (degree or diploma).

You have 5 years progressively senior experience in hospitality or comparable service industry.

You are analytical in nature with the ability to use numerical data to guide management on decision-making.

Demonstrable experience in training and performance management will be an added advantage.
