Reports to: Director, Operations & Administration
Job Purpose: Provide Strategic Direction to the Human Resource function to help the Hospital develop a strong, highly competent and highly motivated workforce.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and implement strategic HR policies to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff.
Develop and implement comprehensive organizational performance management framework for the Hospital that assures highest performance system and clear basis for merit based reward and career progression.
Develop a system for effective generation and analysis of HR statistics and reports and monitor HR metrics
Job Specifications
Master’s Degree in Human Resource or MBA in Human Resource or Strategic Management Bachelors in Commerce or Business Administration (Human Resource Option)
Professional
Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Member of IHRM.
Experience
At least 10yrs experience of human resource practice, 3 of which should be at level of HR Management in a busy institution
