Duties
Optimize Organizational delivery by maintaining a critical mass of competent people whilst ensuring best fit appointments through the utilization of appropriate recruitment and selection processes.
Ensure that individuals, teams and operational performance is at an optimal level through the implementation, application and management of performance management and enhancement processes and methodologies.
Maintain appropriate and aligned Human Resources administrative systems and processes including record and document management to ensure availability of accurate information and employee data.
Enhance Employee and line Management interface and relationships through consistent and fair management and application of all Labour relations legislation, processes and issues whilst ensuring appropriate structures, policies and processes are in place and utilized.
Secure timely succession in management and specialist positions through employee risk management, planning, targeting, deployment and integration.
Ensure successful integration of employees through the development, application and maintenance of best practice orientation, probation management and transition processes management.
Enhance employee engagement, retention and wellbeing through the development, application and maintenance of Quality of Work Life (QWL) Programmes and overseeing overall benefits management.
Support and drive the delivery of the Company’s transformation agenda in relation to all aspects of HR
Lead the HRM function through coaching, developing and motivating subordinates including follow up of team and individual performance against targets and objectives, aligned with HR overall strategy.
Proactively monitor and measure compliance of all relevant legislative and company requirements, as it pertains to people-related to matters and all activities in the area of responsibility.
Timely and accurately prepare payroll to ensure timely salary payment and compliance with statutory deductions and remittances.
Oversee and support staff and Company compliance issues including and not limited to corporate compliance requirements, Health & Safety, security, business licenses or permits and insurance matters.

Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in relevant field
Professional people management qualification
5+ years of experience in people management.
Experienced in the implementation and management of HR software systems
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, legal and statutory respective employment laws.
