Human Resource Officer – Transport Company

Key Responsibilities
Maintain staff attendance records for all employees.
Prepare employment contract letters and formulate job descriptions.
Preparation of terminal dues for employees leaving the company.
Annual leave management for all employees.
Monthly updating of employees muster roll.
Administration of good industrial relations within the employees.
Administration of employee’s welfare. E.g. medical, leave.
Ensuring statutory deductions are done effective NHIF and NSSF
Undertake disciplinary measures to employees.
Writing of minutes of any meetings.
Administration of permanent staff and contract employees’ monthly payroll.
Desired Education Background, Experience, Competencies and Skills
Experience in a Transport Company / Freight / Long distance trucks is a MUST.
A relevant University education or College Diploma in Human Resource Management.
At least Five years working experience in a similar role in a transport company.
