Job Description
Wakande is an online food delivery platform connecting office staff to local food suppliers who offer lunch meals at an affordable cost. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Laravel developer intern to join our team. Your work will involve offering web development support in achieving objectives and key results(OKR’s) by working collaboratively with both clients and team members.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, optimize and contribute to PHP/Laravel codebase via Git.
Minor and major application feature web development.
Troubleshoot application bugs and determine resolutions.
Suggest improvements, security needs, best practices, etc.

Job Skills & Qualifications
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
Having an understanding of OO PHP/MySQL web development technologies and methodologies with recent experience.
Excellent knowledge of the Laravel 5 framework.
Write clean, well-designed and documented code.
Ability to move quickly, change course, and respond to a demanding, fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication and deadline expectations.
Must think critically and analytically to approach solution development.
