Consultant Responsibilities

Continuously improve on firm products in the areas of management consulting and training
Manage client accounts and entire consulting cycle
Able to develop and implement an innovative and effective solutions to client problems
Develop training curriculum and conduct training
Formulate tender proposals, business proposals and other similar documents
Identify opportunities for more work from clients
Work with clients to execute solutions

Skills / Qualifications
Critical thinking with good problem solving skills
Must have integrity and ability to work well in a team
Ideally have a bachelors degree in business related field
Masters degree in business related field will be an added advantage
Have 2 – 5 years experience in management consulting and training
Have great communication and ICT skills
Male candidates in the age group 32 – 38 are preferred.
