He/she must have above average people skills and ability to improve productivity.

He also must have knowledge of fresh produce and materials handling, production and production planning, lay out and flow dynamics of a vegetable pack house, client requirements and client service, basic food safety and packing methodology.

Minimum of a diploma in food science or a related field
