Position requirements:-
Form 4 Certificate
Certificate in Plaster Technology from a recognized Institution
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Should demonstrate high level of compassion, integrity, commitment, professionalism, stewardship and God fearing.

Duties and responsibilities:
Applies and removes plaster and traction
Evaluates and co-ordinates orthopedic care
Ensures availability of supplies and equipment as well as give support and counseling to patients and relatives.
Performs any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
