Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead recruiting efforts for source/office, focusing on the development and execution of recruiting strategies, including all aspects of attraction, selection, and cultivation
Lead ongoing management of candidate data management, using existing tools and systems (e.g., MARS)
Serve as contact/counselor for source/office candidates throughout the attraction, interview, offer, and cultivation stages, ensuring each candidate receives individualized attention and interaction throughout the recruiting process
Guide and develop junior recruiter(s)
Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant offices/practices to ensure appropriate representation
Act as the recruiting lead for relevant teams aligned against source/office recruiting efforts, and as liaison with other recruiting teams
Develop and manage event/activity budgets
Analyze and disseminate relevant recruiting results as key input to recruiting strategy decisions
Contribute to broader recruiting team by actively participating in strategy setting, issue resolution, and team problem solving sessions
Desired Qualifications and Skills
University degree
2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a professional services environment
Basic business knowledge; solid knowledge of recruiting processes
Demonstrated initiative and judgment; track record as self-starter;
Able to work effectively under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills;
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills;
Flexibility to travel and work outside of standard office hours
