Experience Required
1-3 years in a customer service function in a busy professional retail environment.

Presentable, pleasant, patient, personable and a team player.
Good command of spoken and written English, Some college background is good but not required
Computer – Internet and Microsoft Office experience
Sales/customer education background
Strong work ethic and a desire to help customers

Job requirements
You must be open to work shifts as our shops typically operate 9AM to 7PM, 7 days a week.

Compensation
KES 25,000 per month gross pay
Commission based on shop monthly targets
