Summary
To maintain and improve SCM System including, but not limited to inventory allocation.
To initiate SCM system improvement/development project.
Customer KPI management and manage improvement action. various data analysis, SCM data mining and store level sell out analysis. DIO and LTI management. Developing automatic tools to manage back orders/inventory balance/DIO simulation etc
Responsibilities
Pro-actively engage with SCM members to find issues of SCM system and conduct root cause analysis.
Collaborate with HQ and system service providers to solve the problems and to improve the system.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining master data and work with data owners to maintain up-to-date data.
Support internal teams, primarily Operation, PSI and OM in automating reports
Initiate new SCM system development to support business needs if needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT or Supply Chain
5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Forecasting and Supply Chain Operations
Expertise in MS Excel and Tableau. SQL knowledge.
Must possess strong analytical skills
Ability to manage to tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work independently
Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Highly motivated, innovative and able to work independently and on teams
Must exhibit attention to detail, thoroughness and have a can-do attitude
Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus
