The ideal candidate should combine marketing and social media management skills to enhance companies’ social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused, interactive and engaging content.

Champion development, implementation and management of our own and client’s social media strategies
Define most important social media KPIs
Make effective and efficient use of the latest and most appropriate social media marketing tools
Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation and implementation schedules
Collect customer data, analyze interactions and visits and use the information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
Maintain strong online company voice through social media
Manage contacts database and champion lead generation activities

Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media platforms
Familiar with content management systems including WordPress and Joomla.
Good copywriting skills
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Social media marketing certification
Diploma and above in marketing or other relevant business-related field.
