1 Position
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidates will perform then following duties and responsibilities;
Directing, coordinating, controlling and managing Technical operations and maintenance of infrastructure to ensure that water services are provided to the required standards.
Developing customer focus and maintaining good working relations with customers.
Managing all construction works either by using external consultants or in – house resources.
Ensuring proper management of company’s assets to maximize the return on investment.
Developing Technical policies and plans for achievement of overall Company objectives.
Staff development, training and motivation.
Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Managing Director.

Appointment Specification
Applicants should have the following qualifications;
Higher National Diploma in Water Engineering.
Degree in Water Engineering, Civil Engineering is an added advantage.
At least 5 years in water and sewerage sector, 3 years experience at supervisory level.
Project management skills and hands – on experience managing consultants and contractors.
Self – driven and motivated with high need of achievement.
People oriented and demonstrated leadership skills
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be computer literate.
Must below 45 years in age.

Appointment Specification
Applicants should have the following qualifications
A Diploma in business related course.
Degree in business management or any related course is an added advantage .
3 years experience supervisory position preferable in the similar environment.
Self-driven, motivated, responsible and able to meet strict deadlines
Skills in people leadership, knowledge transfer, and supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate and knowledge of computerized accounting packages
