Responsibility: The ITCIM is responsible for any kind of installation works including RF & TX indoor and outdoor installations as well as commissioning & integration within Reime Kenya’s
scope
TIM’s range of responsibilities more specifically include:
To be a member of the Company’s management group and actively contribute to develop Reime installation efficiency towards longme stability in the market
Support the PM in the activities of rollout.
Focus to secure a flexible and optimal ITCI structure matching operational budget requirement at any point in me;
To be in charge of the ITCI supervisor’s activities & products. Organize and allocate the responsibilities to team members for office & for field works.
To make sure that all the installation works data is saved and documented
To structure the internal installation team set ups and ensure to get the maximum contribution from each member
To increase or decrease the ITCI team members as per the projects needs when ever necessary in coordinator with OM
Reporting to client as per client’s format and me scale
Arranging internal meetings with ITCI team members in order to improve or restructure the system as per the grooving and changing needs if needed with presence of PM & OM
Work in harmony with PMs for any required installation works before, during and after construction progress up to site hand over to client.
Authority:
As deputy, ITCIM possesses his/her authorities when called upon.
ITCIM is authorized to perform the tasks assigned to his/her position.
Appropriation and attestation in accordance with administrative routines.
Organisation:
ITCIM reports to OM;
ITCIM may on request report additionally to the PMs of Reime Kenya Ltd;
Acting as deputy PM he/ she reports to OM of Reime Kenya Ltd.
Only candidates with telecommunications industry exposure will be considered.
Job location is Nairobi.
We require Kenyan citizens only.
Relevant Professional qualifications are highly desirable.
