Key Responsibilities
The specific responsibilities of a Product Manager include:
Enabling strategy by collecting ideas and implementing digital solutions
Collaborating in a cross-functional team to own and co-create user-centric digital solutions to deliver business impact
Represent the voice of the customer with respect to digital product features
Owning the creation and prioritization of the digital product backlog for specific digital solutions
Shaping and owns the digital product road-map and vision
Working within a cross-functional team to clarify requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders
Helping teams rapidly deliver digital solutions that adds value to the organization
Defining measurable objectives to gain market share, maximize profitability and/or increase customer satisfaction through customer-centered digital experiences
Qualifications
As the ideal candidate for this role you have:
3+ years of experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as driving commercialization of these products
Experience in launching a product and managing a live product
Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
Experience in digital product development and marketing a plus
Ability to understand product metrics and make decisions based on them
Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience, with particular reference to digital and design a plus
Knowledge of Lean and Agile values, principles and practices a plus
Knowledge of banking/insurance
Certified Scrum product owner is a plus
Relevant Business/Computer Science degree or relevant experience, advance degree is a plus
