Reporting to the Managing Director, the holder of the position will be based in Nairobi with frequent travel throughout the country and across East Africa.

Primary duties & responsibilities:
Train & guide a team that is charged with all company products’ contribution as a business unit
Increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company based on your industry experience
Attending conferences, seminars, meetings, and other related industry events

Desired skills & qualifications:
A degree in agricultural sciences and post graduate training in sales & marketing or business
Over 5 years in-depth knowledge and experience in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry and its current events
Strong veterinary products development knowledge
Strong communication and IT skills
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent time management and organization
