Job Responsibilities.
Incharge of all production planning, setting targets and implementation.
Coordinating labour planning and registration.
Daily production and predictions.
Incharge of quality production, harvesting, grading, packing and shipping.
Incharge of fertigation and irrigation.
Incharge of crop traceability system.
Incharge of efficient and economical crop care
Sales order confirmations and organization.

Qualifications
Atleast a Degree in Agronomy or Horticulture.
Over Eight years’ experience in Herbs and flower cuttings set up as a Production Manager or equivalent.
Knowledge in fertigation and irrigation systems.
Wide experience in chemicals selection and application.
Conversant with IPM, MRLs and crop protection strategies.
Strong understanding of European Market in relation to regulations and trends (Added advantage).
In possession of certificates for Flower and Food audits e.g Food safety, 14001 ISO compliant and QMS.
Must be 38 years and above.
