Key Responsibilities
Ensure production to meet stock policy.
Ensure the factory environment is in compliance with GMP & SHE standards.
Manufacturing/re-packaging to ensure integrity of quality and volume.
To schedule resources to accomplish the monthly production plan.
To supervise outsourced quality testing and results.
Generate weekly production reports detailing production efficiency, quality result and major issues for production Manager.
To utilize the ERP system to capture details on progress, completion and outstanding demand.
Supervision of equipment maintenance.
Train staff trained on plant SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Manufacturing process documentation.
Responsible for Performance appraisals, Training needs analysis and leave approvals for factory staff.

Qualifications
Diploma in a field of Science
2 years Supervisory experience preferably in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
Knowledge of GMP requirements
Personal Skills
Supervisory skills
Labour laws
Good communication skills.
Computer literate
