Description: To convert speech (either live or recorded) into a written or electronic text document.
Job Requirements:
Listen to given material and convert into text.
Basic online research of terms.
Distinguish between major world accents.
Categorize assignments as they come in.
Report to QA and Team Lead.
Maintain and surpass performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
A KCSE certificate.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent Communication Skills ( both Written and Verbal).
Very Detail Orientated.
Very Organized.
Typing Skills ( minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.)
Previous experience at a contact center preferred but not required.
Able to work with minimal supervision/autonomously.
Self Starter.
Have strong initiative and ability to think outside the box.
