Job Purpose: To be involved in management and planning of the clinical stock; directing and collaborating with users and multidisciplinary professional staff in requisition and distribution of stock.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify clinical service stock requirements offering technical guidance, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Maintains clinical stock inventory by scheduling, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing requisitions and distribution within stipulated policies and procedures.
Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating stock information and timely response to inquiries

Job Specifications
Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management
Or
Degree in Health Systems Management

Experience
At least 5yrs working experience in a busy Hospital and two of which must be in stock management.
