Abt Associates, a major American research, technical assistance, and consulting company, seeks highly qualified candidates for an upcoming project focusing on the development and strengthening of health management information systems.

Interested candidates should have experience working with public and/or private health sector actors in one or more of the following technical areas:
Program Direction / Management
Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Applications
Health Information System (HIS) Applications
Health Information System (HIS) Policy
Health Information System (HIS) Organizational Development

Monitoring & Evaluation
All candidates must have
a minimum of a Master’s Degree in a related discipline;
8-10 years of relevant experience in technical or managerial leadership positions;
an outstanding professional reputation; and
strong interpersonal, written English, and oral presentation skills.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Kenya or other East Africa countries.
