Profile Introduction: Our client a fast-growing Pharmaceutical Company with a proven track record of developing, manufacturing and marketing high quality pharmaceutical formulations at affordable prices for the global market, seeks to recruit Survey Executives all over Kenya

Overall Purpose of the role: The Incumbent will visit various existing and Prospective Healthcare providers to build sustainable relationships.

Minimum Requirements
University degree/diploma in a medical related field preferably nursing
Must be conversant with Microsoft office especially Power point and Excel
Knowledge of outpatient service provider operations
Candidate with experience working with NGO or insurance providers will have an added advantage
Must be willing to travel to different regions within Kenya

Job Specification
Meet with assigned providers and resolve the existing issues with a view to ensuring that services are resumed.
Conduct training on the scheme to the healthcare providers which involves will involve; verification of claims submitted and preparation of statements for outstanding invoices.
Engage with new providers as directed with a view to contracting them on behalf of the scheme.
Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor
