Reviews, evaluates and interprets renal nursing records, vital statistics, and other data affecting health service in order to assess hospital needs and to plan and implement programs to meet these needs.
Seeks and encourages input from local leadership, and other community health workers in determining health care needs throughout the community.
Conducting dialysis for renal patients.
ensuring all equipment’s / tools are available at all time for the renal machines
Deliver approved health care services through planned home visits, clinics, and workshops.
Counsel parents of infants, preschool, and school children including prevention, normal growth and development, and illness management.
Assess the needs of community members and assist the family and other agencies to design and implement a comprehensive renal nursing plan.
HOW TO APPLY:
Must be registered with relevant regulatory body in Kenya.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in the respective field.
