Purpose of the Positions: To collect, analyze and compile data and offer support to Research and Development department

Functional Responsibilities:
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of experiments and investigations
Collect, analyses and compile data
Carry out sensory evaluations
Supervise trials

Required Qualifications
Holder of a Diploma/ Bachelor degree from a recognized University in Food science
Have 2 years’ experience in R & D Assistant in a Food Manufacturing industry
Proven experience in sensory evaluation

Competencies
Creative energy, self-starting; ability to manage multiple assignments with an attention to detail; confidentiality, good listening ability and technical understanding.
Ability to work individually and as a member of a team.
Ability to assert oneself and ask questions and find answers.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.
