Duties
The position will manage existing Telephony / Broadband service as well as creating and integrating new products and product changes with viable business case in line with business strategy and product guidelines.
Proactively find and develop new accounts, coordinating with the CEO, VP of Corporate Development & Marketing, VP of Sales and Director of Sale Manage in-life product performance: sales, margin, and churn, conducting extensive numerical analysis using company data.
Manage / analyze / implement tariff changes
Customer research (cultivate leads) and cold calling (phone, internet).
Stay abreast of publicly available information on technologies and competitors
Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions.
Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation.
New product development, approval and launch
Develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter.
Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.

Requirements
Should hold a Bachelors degree in a Commerce/Business related field
Knowledge of broadband wireless products (radios) for point to point or multipoint applications or related network, security and data transmission equipment.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in related sales role ,of which 5 should be at a mid – senior management level
Experience selling to WISPs, government, security, enterprise or carrier customers.
Willingness and ability to manage mid-level sales and key account management tasks.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Self-motivated and dependable.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong writing and oral communication skills.
