Summary: Our client an electronics distributor, seeks to recruit three Centre Managers with a Sales and Marketing background to manage a centre and head a sales team.
Duties
Oversee the distribution of electronics in supermarkets and outlets
Supervise the sales team ensuring the sales targets are met
Build strong relationships with key customers and agents in your area
Manage and oversee the activities of the centre
Stay current on sales and marketing requirements
Establish a promotion and sales support system for sales team, and evaluate and monitor their performance
Ensure availability of the company’s products in your territory
Gather market intelligence in the region including competitor’s activities and advise accordingly
Monitor and evaluate the economic conditions and opportunities in the respective territory
Minimum qualifications, skills and competencies
Diploma in Sales and Marketing
Proven record in the delivery of business targets
At least 2 years’ experience in a busy sales department those with experience distributing electronics will have an added advantage
Must have a passion for sales
Ability to lead a team and head a centre
