Corporate Sales Administrator – Nairobi – Hotpoint Appliances

Duties and Responsibilities
Providing exemplary service to all clients in order to ensure repeat sales through client satisfaction
To assist the corporate division with all administrative tasks
To prepare gate passes and assist corporate showroom client in the absence of corporate sales executives.
Receive calls and take messages for the corporate division
Deliver and collect tender documents
Collect cheques from clients once they are ready
Maintain neat organized filling for all important documents
Follow up and arrange for deliveries when required
To adhere to and uphold Hotpoint’s core values

Requirements:
Minimum college degree
Minimum 3 years year’s administrative experience
Good communication skills
Good computer skills
Ability to multitask
Can work well under pressure
Strong English command
