The two positions are responsible for sales growth in their respective sales territories by developing and implementing sound plans, systems and structures for sales promotion, distribution and key account relationship management to achieve set sales targets.
They will also be responsible of developing and leading sales teams in a given territory.
Person Specifications
Minimum if 3 years sales experience including 2 years’ experience in leading a sales teams in FMCG Industry.
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a Business field. None graduates with a well-recognized Sales and Marketing Professional qualification and an excellent record of delivering sales targets in FMCG industry may be considered.
Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
Must meet standards of a good Brand Ambassador.
Highly competent in Sales Promotion for FMCG.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the FMCG Industry.
Very good leadership skills.
Creativity in market penetration strategies and key account relationship management.
Knowledge of sound Sales Team Management practices including, coaching, performance management and motivation.
A Clean and current driving license with at least 1 driving experience.
Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to selected candidate based on experience and qualifications with but the indicative gross salary is kshs 100,000 to 150,000 plus performance based sales commissions.
