Regional Sales Manager – Nakuru – Novixa International

Responsibilties
To collect the debtors aging sheet every month. And timely collection of debts
To visit the customers early in time for debt collection.
To submit quarterly sales forecast to your immediate supervisor.
To review the progress of approved annual and monthly marketing activities in the sub regional and regional meetings.
To analyze the benefits accrued and do the necessary adjustments.
To develop an appropriate product development plan for the purpose of introducing and growing sales for new and slow moving products through adoption trials, demonstrations, trainings etc.
To monitor market trends, competition (activities,prices,area coverage)and communicate the same to the supervisor.
Conducting marketing analysis to develop product definitions depending on the emerging pest and disease issues with product longevity in mind for new product registrations and label extensions.
Preparing product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market

Qualifications
Bsc in agriculture/horticulture
3-5 years working experience in sales agronomy.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Clean driving license
