Job summary:
Our client is an ISO 9001 Quality Endorsed company committed in manufacturing the highest standard cleaning chemicals, servicing the hospitality, healthcare, laundry, transport, marine and mining sectors, they seek to hire Sales Account Executives to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts market research and develops sales plans and updates periodically based on changing market scenarios and insights from the prior quarters.
Identify business opportunities by prospecting different clients and visiting the potential customers for new business.
Build up strong relationship with customers by high quality services and solutions.
• To build business by identifying and prospecting clients.
To take clients through the products offered by the company until execution of sales.
Create and send accurate monthly reports that indicate Plan vs achieved sales, Reasons for any shortfalls and Next month targets/ Projections.
Undertaking aggressive sales to achieve set sales targets continuously.
To effectively manage trading terms and monitor growth plan. void all instances
To source and secure new business to ensure optimal growth for the company products, in accordance with new business targets set.
To provide effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level through effective and efficient management of individual portfolio and database of prospects, current clients and past clients.
Undertaking aggressive sales to achieve set sales targets continuously.
Qualification and Requirements
Hardworking, honest, trustworthy and pleasant personality.
Proven work experience in sales in a B2B Environment
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Ability to build productive business and professional relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with prospects electronically and in person.
Ability to prepare effective proposals and presentations, which address the needs of the prospects and outline a profitable solution.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
A degree/diploma in Marketing or related fields
Valid driving license
