Duties and Responsibilities
Sell insurance and investment plans to prospective and existing individual and corporate clients
Create long-term business relationship with new clients while managing relationships with existing clientele
Meet and exceed exciting and aggressive work targets;
Work in a high pressure, fast –paced entrepreneurial environment with minimum supervision.

Qualifications
Have a minimum education level of K.S.C.E. C +
1 year sales experience in insurance industry.
Must be computer literate;
Mature, Confident, Articulate and with strong communication skills;
Resulted oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines and meet set sales targets;
A high sales drive and a passionate will to succeed through personal effort;
Well groomed, presentable and strong interpersonal skills
