Role and Responsibilities
The appointed Sales Executive will be responsible for new customer relationships.
The sales executive will be responsible for direct sales to the customers.
Office will be located in Nairobi.
95% of time will be spent out of the office face to face with customers.
Sales executive has to find new leads, new contacts and establish an excellent client basis by personally going to the market to ensure the achievement of closing new customers.
Implementing and ensuring a smooth roll out of new customer contracts.
Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
Achieving sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Graduate with minimum 5 years of IT Sales – Experience in Office Automation Industry like selling photocopiers, printers and consumables in Nairobi.
Candidate is expected to have knowledge of Nairobi market especially for IT consumables.
Must have key experience in direct sales (product or service directly sold to business).
Must have sold to key jury like IT, Purchase and Finance departments.
Candidates with a background from distribution, wholesale, channel sales, and or retail will not be considered.
Kenyan driving license is a must.
