Our client is a fast growing, reputable interior design/fit out company that specializes in designing and execution of all kinds of interior design and decoration works for offices, commercial and residential spaces.
They are currently looking for an individual to help expand their business.
Job Purpose: To identify and sell commercial interior design solutions to clients whilst working to build long-term relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the sales targets
Manage communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to
Identify and win major fit-out projects
Develop intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tenders.
Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met
Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior
Minimum Qualifications
A confident and energetic individual, with knowledge in sales of commercial interiors
Minimum of 3 years fit-out interior project sales experience
Degree/Diploma in Business/ Commerce/ Marketing or related field
Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community
She/he must have a proven track record of closing sales and meeting sales targets
Candidate with a Valid Driving License preferred
