Sales Officer-Somali Speaking – Summit Human Resource and Marketing Consultant

Job Responsibilities
Maintaining good relationship with customers.
Handling the complaints and other problems of wholesalers promptly and properly;
Submitting periodical report to manager includes sales, weekly stock shop information report, survey report of competitive products, information of distributor, etc.
Following up the orders supplied and managing the promoters
Assisting the customers to improve the products display, maintain sales records, customer database, and customer relationship and develop new wholesalers.
Perfecting the structure of distributors developing new potential market and new distributors.
Other duties arranged by manager.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Sales and marketing or relevant is preferred;
Above 3 years marketing or sales experience STRICKLY in FMCG is AMUST.
Previous experience selling FMCG products in different regions is preferred
Fluent in English, Somali language is AMUST
Good communication and Customer relation
Below 35 years old
