Duties & Responsibilities
Identifying prospective customers and working to find leads given specific target markets that will mainly include small/ medium sized businesses in the area
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking and referrals
Face to face sales [and demonstration] of [various products]
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Participate in and assist with product launches
Follow up with signed up clients to collect issues that they may be facing and escalate them
Experience
Previous quota-driven sales experience, preferably in a [fast-paced retail environment]
Previous experience in selling insurance products will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
Well presented, driven and can think on your feet!
