Our client is actively involved in the Modern Retail and Traditional Retail Trade for FMCG, Electronics and other industries.
With an extensive team spanning the region, their selling solutions are delivered through merchandising forces, field sales forces and/or retail consulting services.
They seek to hire a sales supervisor to oversee the various sales activities whilst supervising a sales team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Supervision
Measuring and monitoring sales team attendance and performance
Ensure all personnel operate in compliance with procedural and legal requirements
Following up on team HR concerns as necessary
Trade Partner Relationship Supervision
Liaising directly with client heads to ensure growth of projects
Stock point management
Route area control
Following up and ensuring 100% coverage of zones
Reporting
Daily sending of sales representatives daily sales reports using Mobile + software
Periodically provide sales related reports as when required by the team and client including availability reports, stock related reports and any other reports as may be required by the team
Any other duties as required by Management
Key Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma in Business Management or a business related course
Must be Computer literate
Minimum 2 years sales work experience (managing people at preferably a similar level)
Strong hands-on field management experience is a must
Ability to manage people
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
