Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Working with the larger sales team and Agronomists; they will be providing support by building strong customer relationships directly by telephone.
Overseeing all the sales and marketing activities by designing and plotting field days with the field agronomists in the designated areas of business interest.
Setting appointments between the client and the field officers and qualifying prospect.
Ensuring that the sales targets are met.
Championing and resolving customer concerns and complaints.
Providing a weekly sales and activity reports.
Qualifications
A minimum diploma in communication/public relations or related courses.
Must have excellent communication skills; clear, confident speaking voice
Should be friendly with customers; have ability to be creative
Highly motivated to sale.
Must be persuasive, patient and persistent
Minimum Diploma qualification in Sales and Marketing /and or Agronomy
Must have knowledge of all Computer application Packages
Prior experience in sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
