The riders must fulfill the following criteria:
He must have at least five years of riding experience
He must have excellent knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
He must hold a clean and valid driving license
He must have an updated Certificate of Good Conduct
He must have scored a minimum D+ in KCSE
He must have a good work ethic
